Dust Free Hoods

DMS class 100 workstation blower hoods offer a .3 micron filtered dust free environment for precision manufacturing. A Class 100 HEPA™ filter cleans the intake air which passes from the blower through the filter and down onto the work surface. Hoods can be fabricated from clear acrylic, with optional SDC Coating or from SDS sheet. Hoods are also available in a variety of colors and tints. Consult the factory for special sizes, doors and glove port requirements or for fabrication from materials other than acrylic. Shaded pole blowers that deliver 465 CFM of free air are available for installation.

Exhaust Hoods
DMS exhaust hoods are capable of safely venting non-flammable fumes and gases. Exhaust motors provide ventilation at a rate of 110 CFM or higher and have a 4" round discharge port to connect to your exhaust system. Hoods can be customized to fit your particular need. Explosion proof motors are available upon request.
